ReplyDeleteWhat a cute little wisk broom. I have never seen one that small unless maybe it is a wardrobe brush? I love pulleys too.
ReplyDeleteYou know I love all this rusty stuff! That door knob is gorgeous and the little sewing table and green phone are my favorites.
ReplyDeleteYou have some of the greatest old things out there! Love the old mirror and knob!
ReplyDeleteSo many fun finds. I may have to stop by again soon to see them all!
ReplyDeleteHi there Barbara Jean,
ReplyDeleteAbout your little ol' hump-backed or coffin-cased singer. I have one and have heard them called both. The key doesn't go in the front. There should be a keyhole in the end. All you need is a screwdriver. Just insert it to where the flat part is right at the keyhole (so you can still see a portion of the flat part) and turn. It is a simple J hook not a real 'lock.' I don't remember which way to turn it. If yours is sticky, let me know and I can dig mine out and get back to you.
Old sewing machines just find me.
tootles,
JoeyLea
Nice finds!
ReplyDeleteI used to have a little sewing table just like that!
