Flea market shopping yesterday.
Bought the cart, then filled it. =)
close up of rusty treasures.
(more pics to come on my FB page.)
Love this old butter churn.
First metal one I have seen.
Close-up of metal coolness.
Paddles intact.
Only thing missing is the wood lid.
Maybe we should make some for it...
what do you think?
I think they are called Franciscan.
Not sure....Not a dish person really too much.
Thanks for visiting.

Hope you will go visit
Lots of wonderful treasures and ideas to be seen there.
Wow..love all your great finds! I have that same butter churn with the lid. I need to get it out for a little TLC.
ReplyDeleteDo I spy an old birdcage in there? At first I thought it was a metal dress form. Love the shape!

Oh what goodies! Love the cart! I have been seeing more globes that I used to. I'm looking for a black or gray one. I'll find one in my plundering one day.
ReplyDeleteGood stuff! Your dishes were indeed made by Franciscan ware. The pattern is desert rose and the more valuable ones are marked made in California. Later on they were made in England.
ReplyDeleteI need to shop where you shop. Love it all especially that butter churn.
