The top two pics today are obvious items....

the rest, a mystery to me.

If anyone knows what they are please let me know.

Would love to learn about them.

I got 6 30" wheels at a sale last weekend. great yard art.

And that huge saw blade too.

we are going from huge to tiny.

A 2" Webster Dictionary.

so cute!!

Now for unknowns.

This item is brass, and about 9" high.

Two pieces on right are top and bottom to a second one of

whatever the one on the left is.

Here is the back..or I think it is the back.

LOVE this piece. some kind of light.

Has writing on it, so can look it up.

Just did not get it done for this post.

It has patent 1920 on it...cool.

  very old car parts.

And another I do not know what.

Looks like a crank for a boat, but really have not clue.

This is the back, I think...

any ideas??

New Display, and Some Old Treasures

 New display at the store.

I sold a tall shelf that was next to a cash register....

so had to improvise to get another tall thing there.

So I put a suitcase down first,

then turned a wood box with lid on it's side....

opened the door up...

put an old tool carrier on it's side...

hmmm. seems to be a lot of putting things on their side today. =)

Then I filled cubbies, hung things on the door.....

oh, take a look at that old spring with twigs in it...fun!!

Here is a close up of the old pulley I hung.

I made a make shift ring for the old keys I just bought.

Already had the old rusty wire. perfect!

Here is the tool carrier filled with treasures...

 an old iron on top...

and here is whole corner...

I added a clip board with old French Book,

some old tins in front of suitcase,

and a little black case on top of the black box.

was so fun to 'create' again.

blessings all and thanks for coming by.

Little Blue Eyes

 Just got this book...

Little Blue Eyes...

No author, date published, contents, index...

and it does not look like any pages are missing.

It does not even look like it has ever been opened and read.

This is the back of the book......

and here are a few inside pages

It has little poems by assorted authors,

some stories....and music.

There are a few references to places in England

as foot notes at the bottom of the page.

 wonderful drawings.....

I did not venture to try to open the whole book and look at it,

as it is obvious it has not been opened before.

A true mystery, and treasure.

If anyone knows anything about this book, please let me know.

This, of the few pics I opened up to to hotgraph,

was my favorite. The caption, " I've been a-Maying...".

She has little flowers in her dress....

I'm sure someones May Day surprise.
