Inspired... and Finished

What inspires me?
Unusual finds,
like this partly done violin.

or a box of old books....

old cameras, and type set, and scissors.
And new ideas:
Here is an old toaster.
And below is jewelry I put on vintage looking tags.
(vintage jewelry inspires me too)

Can you see what these pieces are displayed on?

Yep. The toaster. So fun!!

And don't you just love these earrings??
If I were a little bolder I would wear these myself!
(I have some lovely ladies who frequent my
store that they would look gorgeous on!)

I found these three tiny coin purses two weeks ago.
The biggest one is about 2 1/2" across.
So, what do you do with tiny coin purses??
Yep! You put a nest in 'em.

Here is the first one done.
Others to come.
close up.

back of it.
Definitely old and used,
but still perfect for a bird's nestie home.

And here is another nest on a spoon easel.

Those are things that inspire me,
and things I have finished this week.
Felt god to get a bit of creating done.

Hope you all have a wonderful weekend.
Please take time to visit these places and
see what all they have for you.

blessings

Hey, Barb! I love, love, love this post. It is so full of good stuff. I would not have known that was a toaster had I not been in our local antique store yesterday and someone was selling one and having to explain to us what the heck it was! so funny that you used one in a post today. Really neat piece. L-o-v-e the nests in the coin purses.
