Three or More Tuesday
Thanks for hosting Tam.
Be sure to visit Tam at the Gypsy's Corner for more Three or Mores.
Here is something maybe you have not seen before.
An old pair of screw on earrings with IKE spelled out in silver.
Think I'll check 'em out and see if they are of any value.
I guess they would be from the 50's.
And, for you fancy tea drinkers,
how about a Gondinger silver tea strainer.
Talk about fancy.
I'll be checking on the value of this too.
Isn't it beautiful?
Love these unique pieces.

This is the inside of the tan leather book in the bottom left hand corner.
I just love these old worn books.
Three or more....
Kids Old School Papers
I have probably saved about 15 assorted papers and hand made books
the kids did when they were young.
It's fun to go through them once in awhile.

That tea strainer is gorgeous!!! Are u the proud owner of more than one of those? Love, love, love it!
I remember those screw type earrings - I wonder what that means? (I'm old?)
Love the 'tea' spoon too.
Love your collection of old things...priceless I'm sure!
Thanks for linking with 2nd Time Around!
I love these treasures, the earrings are so interesting, like you I'd wonder about them. The most precious treasures are those papers of your children's!!!
Cool "Ike" earrings and the tea strainer is beautiful. I agree with you about loving old books.
But the really special things in this post are your kid's artwork! Precious!
Wow, that tea strainer is a knockout! Love the mementos from the kiddos, those are the things that mean the most.
Have a great day and best of luck in my giveaway!

Great treasures, I love the earrings and the tea strainer is stunning. I have been hunting for old book too, they are just fascinating. Love the children's papers, such great treasures. Hugs, Marty
Those earrings looks very special. Made for an Ike Eisenhower fan??
The teasiff is a truly beautiful piece and someone who is a true vintage fan will certainly bid good money for it.
The pictures and cards of the children are precious keepsakes.
Hope you are enjoying your day also. Thanks for sharing your treasures!
Never saw a strainer like that one - how fancy! And how lucky for you to have found something so unique!!!
Oh that tea strainer is darling. Love the kiddie art-- there is nothing more lovely.
As for the IKE earrings, the slogan for Gen. Eisenhower's presidential campaign in ..what? -- 1954? was "I like Ike." So maybe these belonged to some loyal Republican lady who sported her candidate on her earlobes.
Or maybe they belonged to Mamie? No, I doubt that!
They are really cute. Nice finds!

The kids' school work is precious. I save some of my kids' stuff, but there's so much of it I don't save it all. It's funny how even a year later something I saved is so nostalgic.
Cool post. Love the tea strainer too very pretty. Fun to see your items.
Have a Blessed Day,
Sherry
My friend was always finding old letters and papers She would entertain me reading as if she were the author. Great fun & great finds!
