My granddaughter spent the afternoon with me at the store.
We were making Valentine's for her friends, and working on some other projects.
She wanted to take some photos of the store, so I thought i should post them. She did a nice job.
The area above is the new 'pink' area. Can't really call it Valentine's area, as i have not made much in the way of Valentines decor. The purse is vintage looking, and the dishes are vintage snack plates. The little jean dress hanging up to the right was made by a local gal. She has a variety of styles and sizes, mainly ranging from 6 months to 6 years.
The baby dress, is in perfect condition with a lovely little pink slip under it.
This photo is of a pink area in the hall. (can you tell i love pink?)
We have a variety of tea pots, tea cozies, and tea sets, and even a tea book published here in Eugene, and autographed by the author. My daughter did the layouts for it and it is wonderful!! (can you tell i am a proud Mom?)
This old treadle sewing machine is part of the sewing corner I have been working on.
It has beautiful carving on the drawers and ends of the cabinet.
Can't forget the girls area of the store. (Isabel's favorite, and her sister's too.)
The doll set is by Mann. Isn't she sweet with a little baby doll of her own complete with matching outfits?
We also have several pieces of doll furniture just waiting for some pink roses to be painted on them. (or they can be painted to order by yours truly). =0)
And this is the girls vanity. It is vintage, one of those with the curtain area that swings open to expose a little drawer underneath. I painted the top and redid the skirt, then did a matching stool to go with it.
The girls wish they had a bigger room so they could have it.
Thank you for strolling through the store with me.
Blessings on your day.
