ARCHES GALORE FOR 3 OR MORE

I have some beautiful painted arches today for my three or more.

While we were on vacation last month,
we had to take a break from our 3 hours at the crater's/antique mall to eat!

The Italian restaurant next door was adorable.

The couple had owned it about 9 years and you could
see they had put their heart and soul into it.

They had done each individual booth to look like a store front..

He cut the wood,

and she painted it.

It was beautiful, and her work was incredible!

We so enjoyed our lunch and our visit.
(and they had a garage sale in the back room!)
The perfect restaurant! =0)

Here is just a bit of something i picked up yesterday at a thrift store.
Just LOOOOVE the color.

Not sure where in the store it is going, but it will find a special place.
And I know the Lord will gather me up some other things to go with it.
He always does. =0)

Good morning, Barbara Jean.
This morning, I read your profile and was touched by your words. In many ways, we are kindred spirits...in our love of teaching others the crafts and skills we have learned and in our love for the Lord. (Don't have the grandkids, yet...but lots of grand-pups with which to romp and play.)I have truly enjoyed your blog and look forward to many more shared times.
Have a blessed Thanksgiving.
Jane (artfully graced)

What fun idea for the restaurant booths and she did a good job painting them. And you're right - a restaurant with a rummage sale in the back? What could be better! :-) Hope you have a great Thanksgiving!
