"New" Treasures

 Some New Treasures...... Found this Tea Pot. 

Vintage Calphalon made in Ireland.

 Then says U.S.A. Not sure what it all means.

Trying to find info on it. Anyone know??

 My latest pocket watch. and it works!! =)

 Just some old things in the kitchen.

 

Some every day white enamel.

Notice anything unusual???

I 'repurposed' something. bottom right corner.

  and my first ever corn grater.

and for those of you who came by the other day....

and saw these treasures.....

I know what they are now thanks to my sweet blogger friends.

 This is for weeding, and it works great!!
I dug up a couple of Dandelions with it!

 and what about this strange wire meshy sort of thing with a handle??

 This is for cleaning cast iron pots.
Got that answer from several friends.
So, thank you!!
Mystery solved.

Thrifty Thursday Finds

 Isn't this the sweetest baby pic??

 This is a cool old scrapbook.

Not really into ships, but love the embossed cover.....

 and inside is the greatest aged paper.

And look at this old can of Rose Soil Treatment.
Do not think I will open it. =)

 

this is my favorite find.

You all now how much I love old watches and old watch faces.

Most of them do not work cause they have been wound too tight.

But when I would this one it started working!!!

It only has the minute hand, but really cool to see all the gears moving around.

Time for More Treasures

Yep. More watch treasures!
I have been hitting the jackpot lately.
Love the perfectly aged pocket watch above.
Does it work? No. Do I still love it? YES!!

Here are a few more pocket watch faces.
Oh, and an old tape measure. See it there?

Love this one with the pieces out of it.
Such a great color.

And look at the huge numbers on this one!
Cannot decide on a fave out of this bunch.
How about you?

And here are the other little kitchen things I got
where I got the cute little sand shovel from precious post.
The grater is different from any of the others I have seen.
I'm thinking bird nest here. =)
Enamel cups, and S & P shakers are always a good find,
and look at that super tarnished, perfectly worn match holder.
You know me and tarnish!
