That was my post a couple of weeks ago.
Time got away from me so I am late getting
back to you on it.
We had some interesting answers, but... not the right one.
I do not think some noticed the size, 7/8x 1 1/2" size,
although I did say 'various' sizes it is true.
So, ready to see what it is??

See the lock on this?
Well, it was not that particular lock, but one very similar.
If you enlarge the picture you will see all the
little ridges on the lock.
I was curious what the inside of a lock looked like, so my
sweet fella took one apart for me.
No easy task I hear.
But, when done, the "What is it?" is what there was.

Cool huh??
OK, now, how much is it worth to those of you
who wanted some for us to do more?
(Like the way I said 'us'?) =)
My sweet fella says he can buy a tool that will make it easier,
and he assured me he would do more if people were interested.
(or, maybe he can give lessons on what he did to get it apart) =)

Cleaning House, Well, Watches at Least

Thought I'd better change that title to cleaning watches out.
Did not want my sweet fella to see it and think I might be cleaning house!
Fat Chance!

Anyway, I have baggies of watch parts around here
and I will probably never get them all used.

Watches, bands, innerds, outards.....
you get the picture.

So in the next few days I'm going to be listing them here,
and on my store blog.

I'm just gonna make a pile for x amount
and it's yours!

You just must promise NOT to show me all the cute
things you make with them
and make me feel bad I got rid of them. OK? =)

If you have any thoughts on how you would like them bundled,
let me know.

Glitze, Rust, and a Unique Mirror

It's white Wednesday.
One of my fave days!!
Love this small chandelier, all glitzy and shiny.

And of course there has to be a little rust.
You know how I love rust!

This old scale is perfectly creamy and rusty!

Do you like this clock?
It is the clock from an old range.

This is a mirror, about 6x8".
What's special you say?
The frame on it is clear plastic.
I've never seen one like it.
