Patina Green, and Rusty Day

Haven't seen any 'green' memes in blogland,
so having one of my own.
Seems I have been finding a lot lately
with this color of green. Lovin' it!
Above" perfectly rusted, green, unique tin.
It is scalloped around it.
Can you see it??

Little green garden claw.

Small patina blue/green rake.

Old tins, and bright twine.
Rust and patina garden critters
Love these!!

And when is old, too old??
Or maybe I should say too worn.

broken handles OK?

Tattered and worn OK??

This is a small trunk, about 15x9 or so.
I just love it.
More pics to come.

Sweet blessings friends.

Hi Barbara Jean,
I'm glad you gave green it's day :) The green, rusty patina on those pieces is perfect. I just came across an old door knob yesterday when I was trying to clean up my studio and it had the prettiest rusty green color (only junkers would find rusty green to be pretty). Love the trunk and I'm not sure there ever is "too old". Look forward to seeing what you do with it.

Hi Barb,
I love the green! My daughter has a lot of it in her house too.
I love the little trunk. So what if the handle is broke-it's fabulous!

Barbara Jean, I loved all your worn and rustys and greens. Let's see now...a green party would be fun....Green Wednesday's?? nah....LOL..there are so many parties going on I can't keep up. But seriously I truly loved your finds. They are charming. I love little children's garden items like rakes. I am listing a sweet child's watering can today. Found it last summer and just getting around to it today. Thanks for coming by. It's always a treat. :)

too old?? Is there such a thing? LOL As long as it doesn't fall apart in your hands it is good, I say. We are hoping to head to the flea market for the first time this weekend, hope I find some goodies like you always do.
