Inspired by......

Can you get inspired by a can of "stuff"?
Maybe excited is a better word?

Not sure what I would do with the innards of the door knob...
but hinges are always handy.
I have boxes of them,
and I'm just sure I will use them some day. =D

But look at these old backplates. Wonderful!

And these wonderful and very old glass doorknobs.

And this doorknob with such beautiful patina.

and this is the other side.

So, would you be inspired to do something with these?
Or is it just the excitement of digging through that 3 lb. coffee tin,
and finding all these treasures?

blessings on your day.

Just the thought of unexpected treasures is enough but then finding those wonderful doorknobs and backplates definitely makes it all the more fun.

Those little fork easels are just adorable!

Hope you are much better. Have a great weekend! :) Tammy

I would love to get that can from you....if you've been checking my blog lately, you will see I just made something from this very thing. Love to have more like them but they are kind of expensive. Have fun with your imagination!

I'm inspired just looking at them. I love old door knobs and parts of door knobs. I have used some just sitting around for decor.

This would be so exciting and even more exciting would be to go through a box of vintage linens! LOL.

We junkers do love our stuff, don't we.

I love your coffee can full of treasures. Funny I have the exact same door knob plates and glass knobs, in fact I have a huge box full of them! I use to use them on my handmade birdhouses for the perches! Let me know what you come up with to use them!
have a great weekend!
